Around 90% of targeted parcels remained unsigned on Summit’s carbon pipeline route. That is a huge display of widespread, united opposition to Summit’s hazardous carbon pipeline. The next step to protect your property rights is to make a strong case against Summit in front of the Iowa Utilities Commission (IUC) and that means we need everyone to intervene.

What is intervention?

Anyone who wants to be able to defend their land against Summit and the use of eminent domain must request to be a party to the docket or an ‘intervenor’. If you do not intervene, you may not have the ability to fully defend your land against Summit’s request to use eminent domain. This is critically important to save your land.
